Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at wrinklezero@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you received a faulty or damaged item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
